Mailman Bighorn, also known as Mister Bighorn or Bighorner, is a postal worker in the Commonwealth who delivers letters to AlChestBreach with meta questions about the channel and Al himself.

Recognizing that Al does not check his emails often, mod author TheModdingGoat created Bighorn in a mod as a unique way to communicate with Al and deliver questions that he and others may have about anything related to Al and the channel.

Al stated that he was unsure about the popularity of his Kingdom Come playthrough, even though he personally liked the game. He said that he was open to the possibility of continuing it if there truly was interest, as well as possibly finding mods to play with in the game. Suzy's kitty died from exposure to asbestos.

Al immediately said no to playing more Skyrim. However, he said that many times, he ends up not finishing mods because the video series takes a while, and after some time, he has to move on to other mods and the savegames for the unfinished ones end up being deleted or overwritten. This creates a situation where he doesn't want to go back through the mods alone to catch back up. He proposed playing through some older mods on stream to get up to the point where the series was left uncompleted.

Al said that he hadn't really thought about any expectations and mentioned that he enjoys playing Fallout 76 occasionally, just not a lot. However, he does hope that the next game has a silent protagonist, is fully single player, and has cougars and mountain lions.

Al said that he would definitely be up to playing modded Minecraft, and that he has a friend with their own server. He remarked that modding Minecraft used to be much harder, but is a lot easier now.

Al didn't know how Pickleman wrote the letter, because the child he pushed definitely died. However, he was glad Pickleman got some air and said he'd only gone skiing a few times, and it involved a lot of falling down.

Al thanked James for his dedication to the channel and let him know that heartache happens to everybody, it's a process of life, and that he could delve into some hobbies to get his mind off of it, as he played guitar, drew a lot, and tried 3D modeling when he went through it.

- Bighorn is not his real name - his true name can only be spoken in seven languages at once, four of which cause "madness."
- Bighorn wears a gas mask to hide his face, and Al said that he was determined to uncover it.
- Bighorn teaches cooking classes on Sundays.
- Bighorn drinks blood.
- Bighorn has the power to disappear in a cloud of smoke.
- Bighorn is an essential character and thus cannot be killed.
- In many ways, Bighorn's meta jabs at Al could be seen as reminiscent toFishtoe The Fister. It is possible that Fishtoe's concept was inspiration for Bighorn.
